Zach leads with a clear focus on strategic growth and partnerships, capital performance, and delivering high-quality design outcomes. His career spans senior and executive roles across site acquisitions, construction delivery, and full life cycle development management, overseeing projects from inception through to completion.

Zach is responsible for driving the success of Allera’s development projects while also leading its advisory arm, delivering strategic advisory services to landowners, capital partners, and developers. His track record includes complex rezonings, major development agreements with government and ASX-listed developers, and successful delivery outcomes across multiple asset classes.

Zach’s strength lies in aligning commercial outcomes with design quality, while navigating the regulatory, stakeholder, and financial frameworks that underpin successful development. His leadership fosters a results-driven culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and long-term partnerships.

Jordan has been an integral part of Allera since its inception and plays a key leadership role as Director of the business. He oversees the successful delivery of Allera’s expanding development portfolio, driving each project from early feasibility through to completion. Jordan is recognised for his ability to lead high-performing teams, navigate complex challenges, and build trusted, outcome-focused relationships with key stakeholders across the whole project life-cycle.

He plays a central role in the origination of development opportunities and the structuring of deals that support Allera’s continued growth. As a qualified solicitor in NSW with five years at Maddocks Law Firm, Jordan brings a sharp understanding of legal and commercial risk that underpins his approach to acquisitions, capital partnerships, and transaction execution.

Jordan’s expertise spans project management, authority engagement, consultant leadership and construction delivery. His calm, strategic approach and commercial acumen bring clarity and direction to even the most complex development scenarios. With strong technical insight, leadership capability, and a focus on stakeholder alignment, Jordan consistently delivers value across the business and every project he leads.

Charlie Virgona is an Assistant Development Manager at Allera, supporting the team across all facets of the development lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility and due diligence through to delivery and project close-out. Charlie works closely with the development team, consultants and contractors to help coordinate design, approvals, reporting and delivery processes, ensuring projects progress efficiently and in line with Allera’s quality and commercial objectives.

His role includes assisting with consultant coordination, program tracking, cost and feasibility inputs, reporting, and day-to-day project administration.

Prior to joining Allera, Charlie worked at Mirvac within its Build-to-Rent platform, gaining experience across asset management, portfolio analysis and high-volume leasing operations on large-scale residential assets. This exposure provided him with a strong understanding of asset performance, operational efficiency and investor-focused reporting within complex property environments

Charlie holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to supporting Allera’s development projects.
